Job Description
The Co-Pack Manager will be responsible for driving performance Co-Pack facilities managed by 3rd Party Logistics Service Providers. Responsibility includes all functions related to implementing and driving continuous improvement operations on automated and manual production lines. This position will also be responsible for budget achievement, and improvement of safety, quality, cost, and service. This position can be located in Carlisle, PA, Lancaster, TX, or Tracy, CA and will require 20% domestic travel.

- Manage the monthly co-packing performance meetings with 3PL’s
- Coordinate monthly and yearly production capacity allocations for 3PL with both the internal LSNA team and our Brands
- Manage, track, measure and review key performance metrics with 3PLs based on agreed upon targets
- Lead monthly 3PLs reviews to ensure providers are meeting all negotiated agreements and terms. Initiate corrective action plans as appropriate
- Direct the activities for continuous improvement in quality, costs, waste, and training
- Responsible for ensuring efficiency and accuracy objectives are met for 3PL production operations
- Coordinate with Brand, Production Planning teams and 3PLs to secure balanced allocation of production line time across production facilities
- Research and recommend new production management systems for an overhaul of current operations

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years’ work experience as a production manager or in continuous improvement
- Industry knowledge on food manufacturing regulations and guidelines
- Expertise in production management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or industrial engineering
- Experience in production process flow, design and optimization
- Experience in production facility & system implementations
