The Transactions Analyst is responsible for all aspects of property level diligence and closing necessary for real estate acquisition, dispositions, and financings. This individual will work closely with all the investments team in the organization.

The Transactions Analyst is responsible for all aspects of property level diligence and closing necessary for real estate acquisition, dispositions, and financings. This individual will work closely with all the investments team in the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review of standard real estate transactional diligence items including, environmental, structural, title and property level documentation
- Facilitate diligence and closing process for all real estate transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
- Work with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to coordinate all functions necessary incorporate real estate assets into an operating portfolio
- Work with third party vendors to obtain diligence documents
- Organize diligence for internal consumption
- Follow and coordinate closing checklist processes
- Interface with outside counsel on legal for all real estate transactions.
- 3 years relevant real estate and BA degree preferred.
- Real Estate experience is a plus.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a paced-growth oriented company.
