QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST have previous experience in Gaming or Hospitality environment.
- Proven work experience as a Help Desk Manager or Team Lead
- Team management skills
- Hands on experience with help desk
- Solid technical background
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in a Hospitality/IT environment
