We, at LinkPoint IT Solutions are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our growing team!


LinkPoint IT Solutions is a leading industry expert in IT support, technology service, management consulting and business development across BC. LinkPoint IT Solutions has been providing consulting services to our clients over two decades and is still growing! The most recent acquisition of Connect Infrastructures have expanded the business even further, into the Telecommunication services. We do this through our approach of finding custom fit solutions for our clients that align with their business goals. We work as an extension of the client's team, to strategize, design, develop, analyze and implement the solutions that deliver value. 


The Role 


As the first line of communication with potential clients, this role plays a key role in our goal of growing the business. As an experienced Sales Specialist, you have a strong understanding of the sales cycle, researching leads, fostering new relationships and closing sales. You are a quick learner with exceptional communication skills used to buil and foster long-term relationships with our clients, showcasing our elevated services.

  • Has exceptional communication skills with the ability to cater to the appropriate audience

Key Responsibilities Include...


  • Prospect daily to keep sales funnel full, using a variety of prospecting tools and techniques
  • Maintain a network of contacts
  • Seek out new business/ lead and approach targeting business clients actively 
  • Qualify leads
  • Work with technical team to assess and proposed solutions to fit individual client needs
  • Achieve forecasted sales goals
  • Close the sale and finalize delivery 
  • Understand the client's business, needs and goals to effectively advise/ propose solutions that meet or exceed their goals


Qualifications


  • 2 years experience in outbound sales
  • Driver's license required
  • Post secondary education considered an asset
  • Product knowledge in telecom, managed services and softwire development considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of sales management
  • Outstanding customer services and relationship building skills
  • Experience with a CRM database preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, persistence and resilience
