Change Management Lead

Minimum 7 Years experience in communications & change management

Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to fill an opening with an Information Technology company located in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will support the Keep Safe Business Critical activities, playing a key role in building a successful Security Business Critical (Crisis) Communication strategy.

Qualifications of the Change Management Lead

  • BA or BS in Communications, Business Administration, Security focused, Behavioral Science or similar
  • 7 years communications & change management experience
  • Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (knowledge of Prosci)
  • Very proficient in: Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Webex
  • Knowledge of Eloqua a plus

Responsibilities of the Program Manager

  • Define, lead, and implement change management strategies/plans (communications, training, business readiness)
  • Create/deliver communications collateral (Business critical messages, security updates/materials, etc.)
  • Create/deliver security training materials (tutorials, Message-in-a-Box, Ask Me Anything, etc.)
  • Partner with cross-functional security and IT teams and SMES to improve our business-critical comms rollout readiness; globally
