What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Lino Lakes Assisted Living?
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the leadership team and managing the front desk of the building. The role will play a key part in the success of administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls and transferring to the correct staff
- File paperwork to designated area of charts
- Order and manage office supplies
- Update directories
- Collect and distribute mail
- Manage petty cash
- Provide tours and explanation of services for potential clients
- Provides administrative support and assistance to Community Director
- Performs office tasks which may include maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping
- Performs additional duties as assigned by leaders
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma/ GED with one to three months of related experience
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Abilities:
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Strong communications skillset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to handle fast paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, sit and walk for long periods of time
- Full ranges of motion to climb, balance, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally lift/or move up to 15 pounds

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
