LinQuest Corporation is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to the US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J33 as a Readiness and Response Subject Matter Expert. An active TS//SCI clearance is MANDATORY.
In this role, you will support the Readiness and Response Branch activities to develop assessments of Combatant Command readiness to meet assigned missions.

In this role, you will support the Readiness and Response Branch activities to develop assessments of Combatant Command readiness to meet assigned missions.
A perfect candidate will have Combatant Command Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) background and experience with Joint Staff processes for readiness tracking. You will:
- Assess space force readiness and support operational gap analysis to inform resourcing efforts. I
- Review/report readiness to execute USSPACECOM assigned missions in support of National Military Strategy (NMS) objectives via DRRS
- Conduct monthly USSPACECOM JMETL assessments using numbered Operations plans and named operations.
- Act as Current Operations representative for USSPACECOM readiness review working groups and boards.
- Attend the Plans and Operations Synchronization Working Group (POSWG) meetings to identify any potential conflicts in operations and resources. Advises J33 leadership of identified potential issues.
- Support Space Attack Assessors (SAA) and Battle Staff during training and contingencies.
- Lead Operational Planning Teams as required
Required Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of DRRS and Joint Mission Essential Task Lists
- Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to draft courses of action for senior officer approval based on multiple inputs.
- Ability to brief/interactive with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians
- Ability to coordinate plans between internal and external staff agencies to ensure a coherent effort
- Bachelor's Degree or higher required; experience can substitute
- The ability to work in a secure, confined location (i.e., SCIF).
- Completion of JPME I is highly desired, and JPME II is preferred
- Active TS/SCI clearance is MANDATORY
Compensation:
- The salary for this position ranges from approximately $100,000 to $115,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
