We are currently seeking a Property Manager who will play a vital role in managing commercial properties (no residential or multi-family). Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly detailed with a high level of initiative, creativity, and follow through.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supports in managing all aspects of commercial office, retail and industrial properties
- Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
- Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
- Performs periodic regular property inspection.
- Recommends and/or approves alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for and supervises vendor services as required.
- Coordinates tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walks-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports.
- Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances.
- Develops business relationships through membership and participations in professional, industry/trade and civic organizations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Personable, friendly and welcoming
