Full Job Description

Lion Homes is looking to add an Assistant Office Manager to our team of construction professionals based in Lindon, UT. This position is responsible for supporting the construction team in performing file management, document review and tracking, report preparation, and other related administrative support activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract administration, working with estimating and project management in creating and issuing contract and purchase orders for the project
  • Help to ensure that project contracts, bids, and city permit applications are completed and filed on time
  • Assisting the project management team with document control needs and change orders
  • Organizes and prepares documents and reports as needed
  • Proactively gather and track insurance and licensing requirements for subcontractors and vendors
  • Interacts with clients, vendors, and staff in a professional, courteous and appropriate manner
  • AR/AP for Subcontractors- Track, manage, and process purchase orders and invoices
  • Provide various administrative support to a project team
  • Any Buildertrend experience is a plus!

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, including working with spreadsheets and budgets
  • Experience with a construction project management software preferred (Buildertrend)
  • Clear written and verbal communications
  • Good time management and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lindon, UT 84042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location

Salary : $35,000 - $50,000
