Make-Ready Tech

Lion Real Estate Group is in need of a Make-Ready Tech to join the maintenance team at "Ashford," our 378-unit apartment community located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The successful candidate plays a vital role in the company’s day to day impression on existing and prospective residents and is expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism while ensuring that all company maintenance policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Follows all company maintenance policies and procedures
2. Walks property on a regular basis to ensure the property’s appearance meets or exceeds company standard at all times
3. Assists with move-in and move-out procedure
4. Completes the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units according to schedule
5. Assists in maintaining grounds cleanliness and curb appeal
6. Assists in completing service orders in an efficient and timely manner
7. Treats all tenants with the highest level of concern and care
8. Maintains regular, consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to a satisfactory level, which includes being on-call for emergencies
9. Works together with Property Manager and other maintenance staff to prepare for all City and Internal property inspections.
10. Helps maintain on-site shops, including equipment inventory.
11. Informs property managers of any issues observed on the property.
12. Ensures OSHA safety requirements are being followed
13. Performs other duties as assigned by Property Manager

Abilities/Requirements:

• Be able to make decisions, meet targets and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• High school or equivalent
• 1 years’ experience residential property maintenance
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Successful completion of background and drug screening required prior to beginning employment
