Position Overview: The Architect plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing application infrastructure to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable applications and systems in alignment with the organization’s objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of various application technologies, environments, methodologies, and best practices. The Architect is adept at working independently on complex tasks and possesses significant experience in defining systems and application architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Infrastructure Design:
- Design and develop application infrastructure that supports the organization’s objectives and requirements.
- Ensure that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Technology Expertise:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Provide expertise on a wide range of application technologies and environments.
- System and Application Architecture:
- Define and refine system and application architecture to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture aligns with business goals.
- Independent Task Execution:
- Perform complex tasks with minimal or no direct supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and proficiency.
- Problem Solving and Innovation:
- Apply creative problem-solving techniques to address architectural challenges and enhance system capabilities.
- Collaborative Contribution:
- Work closely with development and testing teams to provide architectural guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and incorporate requirements into architectural designs.
Qualifications:
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in software development and testing.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced study is preferred.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing application infrastructure.
- Proficient in a variety of application technologies, environments, concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
