What You will Get:
Summary/Objective:
We are looking for a Wellbeing Director to help implement and expand Lippert’s overall Wellbeing Program, a key component of our strategic vision. The Director will be responsible for execution and delivery of integrated and comprehensive programs to improve the health and well-being of team members. This includes relationship management, program oversight and operations, team member engagement, and reporting. This role works closely with the Company’s Benefits department to develop and facilitate communication and engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in the Company’s benefit and wellbeing initiatives, continuously fostering a culture of health, and ensuring program success and growth.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position.
Travel:
Regular travel between Northern Indiana plants is required; occasional travel to out of state locations may also occur.
