General Responsibilities
Work closely with team leader volunteers and various on-campus entities
Manage communications from the missions email inbox and redirect messages to appropriate team members
Maintain all website and database content, keeping information accurate and current
Assist with Missions-related programs, events and campaigns, which may occasionally include after-hours or weekend events
Manage various coordination logistics, including shuttle schedules, embassy registration, passport and visa processing, etc.
On rotation for the incident management team (IMT) while teams are on the field
Assist Associate Director in the creation of missions and College of Bible publications, including program brochures, newsletters, articles, and promotional materials.
