Liquid Agency, a brand experience agency, is looking for an Information Strategist. This is a remote position. (must be based in the US)
If you look at things with a critical eye, but have an optimistic outlook, and have a drive to organize and analyze content for others, we’d like to meet you.
You will work with our analytics, development and strategy teams to support the development of targeted experiences on a key account. Your role will blend a mix of information strategy and implementation with a focus on personalization and logic. You are highly adaptive to shifting priorities but can maintain the focus required to build successful web experiences. You are not afraid of numbers – in fact, you appreciate a data-informed approach as long as it is relevant to the user experience. You’re comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams and enjoy partnering with other disciplines on projects.
What you’ll be doing
Building presentation logic to deliver highly personalized web and mobile experiences
Working with strategists, content experts and developers to implement complex projects
Maintaining and optimizing an environment of content-intensive web pages
Working with the analysts and developers to coordinate on an effective content tagging strategy
Using analytics reports around audience behavior to inform content strategy, sometimes accessing analytics tools directly.
What you bring
3-5 years experience managing website content, particularly personalized experiences
Facility with presentation logic using ‘pseudocode’ and Boolean logic
Strong QA background on complex web projects
Comfortable with technical content. Corporate intranet or HR experience is a plus but not required.
Solid experience trafficking and tracking changes, comments and requests between client and agency
Ability to take analytics reports and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics and Experience Platform a plus but not required.
