JOB DUTIES
The Human Resource (HR) Manager both directs and performs the functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, whose main objectives are to recruit, hire, retain and support staffing that is at adequate levels, possesses adequate skills and knowledge, and demonstrates the character traits and behaviors required for the Company to succeed. The HR Manager is responsible for tactically executing the Company’s strategic objectives.
The HR Manager also creates and maintains employee policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, as well as contractual obligations.
