We are a PropTech startup in Madison, WI seeking Real Estate Photographers to join our team.
At Listing3D.com, our mission is to revolutionize real estate marketing by providing data-driven solutions and high-end content creation. As an approved vendor for Compass brokerage, we are dedicated to building strong partnerships nationwide. We seek qualified individuals to work on exciting projects ranging from hotels and resorts to retail establishments, commercial buildings, and residential housing.
Working with Listing3D, you will have the opportunity to work in some of the most luxurious homes in your area and enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule. Our Operations team will handle all communication and scheduling with clients, and we provide HDR imaging and in-house post-production, eliminating the need for external lighting equipment.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Two DSLRs or mirrorless set-ups: one must be full frame and above 20mp
- Fisheye and Wide Angle lenses
- Pano Rotating Head
- Two Heavy Weight Tripods
- Built-in or external Levelers
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Our goal is to establish long-term relationships with local photographers that we can work with around the nation. In addition to having the right equipment, you must:
- Have 1-3 years of photography experience, preferably in 360° and architectural photography
- Be flexible and available to accommodate our client's schedules, Monday to Friday preferred
- Be able to professionally interact with our clients at each job site
- Perform up to our standards, providing consistent, high-quality files
- Communicate effectively throughout the project from start to finish
- Have reliable transportation and a consistent and strong Wi-Fi connection
- Be physically able to stand/walk for 1-6 hours
- Have a W9 and Certificate of Insurance (COI)
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience photographing homes, apartments, and businesses
- Customer service oriented
- Great organizational skills
- Familiarity with uploading to Dropbox and Google calendar for scheduling
