Title Producer/Title Agent

Full Job Description

We are a Real Estate firm with an in-house Title company that is growing rapidly! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Title Producer/Title Agent to join our team. As a Title Agent, you will be responsible for helping facilitate real estate transactions to completion. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all legal requirements are met during the transaction.

Our ideal candidate for this position would be personable, outgoing, with world-class communication and customer service skills. They must be able to work independently, be highly organized, and maintain a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct title searches and examinations to ensure clear ownership of properties
• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts
• Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to facilitate real estate transactions
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide updates on the status of their transaction
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions

As a Title Agent within our growing Real Estate companies, you will have endless opportunities for growth and development in the Real Estate industry. You will be responsible for all duties needed to facilitate a settlement, working with clients, real estate agents, and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. There will also be an expectation of growing our book of business by prospecting outside agents and other Realtors within our area.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized & detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work effectively
• Knowledge of real estate transactions and title insurance preferred
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Pay: Starting at $40,320.00 per year
