About the role:
As a Product Owner at Listrak, you will work closely with Product Managers to translate portfolio roadmaps into initiatives, epics and stories delivered through sprints and releases. You will act as the client representative to the development team. You will work to take requirements (functional and non-functional) and break them down into actionable user stories, while clearly defining acceptance criteria and dependencies. You will participate in Scrum events and set goals for the Scrum Team, as well as drive sprint review, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. As the Product Owner, you will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams across Listrak for release planning.
You have:
- 3 years of experience in a Product Owner role for a commercial software product in a SaaS environment
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO)
- Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and common product/project management tools such as Jira
- Demonstrated understanding of software architecture concepts as it relates to SaaS platforms.
- Previous experience with the retail / ecommerce vertical, experience with digital marketing, and/or software development experience is a plus
