What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Lit Fiber Medina?
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing construction package workflow from package issuance to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, acting as a liaison between Lit Fiber’s design and construction teams to ensure each build aligns with the project goals. The Project Coordinator will also monitor and report key schedule and budgetary data to ensure both are consistent with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Review spreadsheet data and ensure accuracy for engineering, construction and other departments
- Facilitate construction package management
- Deliver completed construction packages prior to issuance (i.e., permits approved, make-ready complete, attachment agreements in place, etc.)
- Load design information into the construction management platform; verify this information matches the package given to the contractors
- Provide all pertinent documentation to the appropriate contractors (i.e., construction drawings, splice reports, approved permits, etc.)
- Monitor job change requests
- Review/approve labor invoices
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of formulas in Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Vitruvi (preferred)
