Responsibilities:
- Work as customer contact for EV charger RMA related issues, acting as the communication bridge between customers and internal engineering team.
- Collect field background information of the RMA units and feedback to the internal quality team and engineering team.
- Create RMA tracker and arrange the logistics services for the RMA units.
- Work closely with backend support team to prepare materials to fulfill the RMA unit repair or rework activites.
- Work with internal engineering team to collect repair or rework SOPs.
- Communicate with internal engineering team to get extensive engineering supports if it is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in the field of business administration.
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and quickly, such as communicating with customers and internal engineering team to resolve the issues of the RMA units.
- Process at least 3 years experiences in customer service and logistics in electronics manufacturing.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus..
