Partner Delivery Manager (Litify/Salesforce)

We are looking for a Partner Delivery Manager to be an integral part of our growing Professional Services organization. In this role you will partner with our Solution Advisors to oversee partner-led implementations on top of the Litify products and force.com platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee partner-led implementations and key deliverables to ensure project success and drive on-time delivery
• Define and implement partner delivery strategies to positively impact product satisfaction for all partner-led implementations
• Evaluate and optimize partner performance on individual projects, ensuring partners have the tools, processes, and training required to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Own day-to-day communications with partners on project performance and progress 
• Support our people and partners to be more successful by placing an emphasis on documenting and educating those around you

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in a project management capacity delivering Salesforce/SaaS software solutions
• Strong program management skills and process improvement skills
• Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to leverage other subject matter experts to achieve team goals, proven ability to lead teams through adversity, and consistently motivate
• Proven ability to lead customer meetings and workshops, especially in a business-focused capacity
• Familiarity with cross-functional team engagements, especially in working between a product management team and professional services team
• Innate desire to document, templatize, automate and define a process around everything you do that is repeatable and set up for scale
• Willingness to mentor and develop those around you

• Ability to travel up to 25% of your time when safe travel resumes

Nice to Have:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
• Experience working for or with personal injury firms, full-service firms, insurance defense companies, corporate legal departments, in-house counsel, staff attorneys
• Experience with matter/case management, timekeeping, billing practices, financial/account solutions or ERP solutions
