**Position:** Account Manager Supervisor

**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. Annual bonus based upon client retention.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees, working collaboratively with other supervisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage automated KPIs, and a talent for problem-solving.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a team of 8 to 12 account managers to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow supervisors to meet team goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills via phone and email to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Utilize automated KPIs to track team performance and regularly report to management on key metrics.
- Act as a problem solver to address customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Assist in training new team members and provide updates on system changes and best practices.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
**Requirements:**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in account management or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Proficiency in running automated KPIs and analyzing data for performance improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- College degree preferred but not mandated; relevant work experience will also be considered.
