Your Mission:
In this role, your primary focus will be to serve as a business consultant to the General Managers within our Franchise, to focus on maintaining a constant communication with your District, and much more. You will be able to provide tools, counsel, and advice either directly or through functional experts, to General Managers, through all aspects of their store operations, including: food and labor cost control; safety andsanitation; product quality control; training; customer relations; marketing; and much more. Successful execution of this jobs responsibilities will be reflected through sales trends, increasing store profitability, acceptable and improving operational execution, management participation in regional training programs, and similar demonstrations of overall business improvement and customer service.
How Youll Make an Impact:
- You will oversee store operations in your assigned territory. Conduct store and operational evaluations to ensure Company standards are consistently being met or exceeded, and make recommendations to improve store overall success.
- Oversee re-opening, training, post-opening training and ongoing training programs as needed.
- Direct and assist individual restaurants in achieving the highest level of operations.
- Demonstrate the Little Caesars Management Core Values while building high performing Restaurant General Managers when selecting, training, retaining, and recognizing A Talent while utilizing the Little Caesars Training tools and processes.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a business related field, e.g. Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Legal.
- Two to four years experience in a management position or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Working knowledge of legal and other issues related to restaurant operations.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Multi-unit management experience is preferred, but not required.
