Full-Time (45-50 hours per week)
Looking for a General Manager!
Must have a valid drivers license, minimum of 2 years experience in a management role and must be 21 years of age or older.
As a General Manager for Little Caesars, you will build and supervise a team that achieves Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, sales and profitability, and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals. Preparing and ensuring that all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products that are served to customers.
Achieving the standards for a clean and organized restaurant. Cleans and organizes work stations and ensures the standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by company policy and local health department.
Recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating and developing a productive team by providing direction and supervision of colleagues through the appropriate use of communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills.
Implements change in a positive manner, resulting in low turnover.
Performs the tasks associated with scheduling, labor control, food and paper, utility cost controls and monitors shift activities to ensure compliance.
Accurately completing all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period end activities as directed.
Follows all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant, appropriately handles unexpected occurrences, and notifies appropriate parties in a timely fashion.
Must be able to work all positions within the restaurant. This requires different essential job functions to be completed. Performing these positions enables us to provide quality products to our customers within a short period of time.
Must be able to:
See sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and cleanliness.
Have mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant.
Stand for long periods of time.
Process and complete customer orders, including counting money and processing credit card transactions, and maintaining cash drawers and change fund.
Count, separate and weigh all types of food products and inventory items.
To withstand 90 degree heat in summer.
Work with 650 degree oven temperatures.
Lift one or both arms over head up to 100%.
Lift one or both arms from your sides up to 100%.
Bending of the back up to a minimum of 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor.
Twisting of the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
Lifting up to 60 pounds.
Pushing and pulling up to 60 pounds.
Squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.
