Making fresh, from scratch Mexican food for our guests, neighbors, and friends is what we do at Little Donkey. Our team is made up of genuine, talented, and charismatic individuals and we are looking for great teammates. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and exceed Health Dept and Serv-Safe sanitation standards
- Maintain our Core Values of Respect and Appreciation toward your co-workers and our guests
- Maintain our service standards
- Time and organization is a must
- Ability to over communicate and with our crew
- Time management
Essential Requirements:
- Be able to stand, walk, and carry food for extended periods of time
- English reading and communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to maintain high efficiency
- Serv Safe certification is a requirement
- Ability to maintain composure during high-volume shifts (SMILE!)
Preferred Skills:
- Prior restaurant is a plus but not required
- Basic computer skills including word and excel
- Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
