- Inventory control including ordering merchandise, mark-up and mark-down, plu specials, and known loss.

- Count and secure all monies from safe to bank.
- Responsible for employees checking up on camera.
- Responsible for reporting any camera or security failure.
- Communicating with supervisor on a regular basis via e-mail or phone.
- Be able to read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth grade level.
- Be able to perform arithmetical calculations at the eighth-grade level in order to be able to make change, complete shift reports, and account for a variety of products during vendor check-in.
- Be able to perform basic computer functions such as e-mail, data entry, word processor, and etc.
- Be able to have sufficient visual acuity to check identification and process money orders.
- Be able to read and understand instructions for operating electronic cash register and all other equipment.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry cases of milk cartons, soft drinks, beer, juice containers, and etc...
- Be able to stock shelves and coolers.
- Be able to react to a fire by lifting a fire extinguisher weighing 15 lbs. and moving it to the fire area.
- Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
- Be able to climb a ladder and work off of it.
- Be able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and lift and carry trash containers to place in an outside bin.
- Be able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the store.
- Be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of -10 degrees up to 5 minutes at a time.
