Little Leaf ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
As an RBT at Little Leaf ABA, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a key role in implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and analyzing data, and monitoring progress towards goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the BCBA
- Collect and analyze data on behavior and skill acquisition
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Collaborate with other team members, including parents and caregivers
- Maintain a professional and ethical behavior at all times
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience working with children with ASD
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
