Job Description:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Little Leaf ABA, you will be the face of our company, receiving top-quality training and support from our dedicated supervising clinicians and leadership team. Our client service hours are based on medical necessity and include both daytime and after-school working opportunities. You will provide a 1:1 learning environment directly in the child's home, focusing on establishing competent learner skills that will prepare children to function effectively in both home and community-based settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA programs.
- Collect data on client progress and provide regular updates to the supervising BCBA.
- Utilize a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skill acquisition, learning, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are being met effectively.

Requirements:
- RBT Certification REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation (we do not transport clients), and up-to-date insurance
- Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
- Experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records (Central Reach/Rethink/Catalyst)
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certification (if applicable)
- TRICARE Certification Preferred
- Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
