What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at Little Oil Company?
7AM - 4PM Monday - Friday
The Accounting Assistant will work closely with the Controller on general accounting duties and special projects, as assigned, to support the financial management of the company. Main duties will include daily credit card imports and reconciliations, accounts payable, daily bank reconciliations, general ledger entries and account reconciliation, and bol billing.
Requirements include effective verbal and writing skills, ability to multi task, general computer proficiency, Quickbooks, MS Office proficiency including Excel, and effective customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
