What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sever/Bartender position at Little Tokyo Japanese Restaurant?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a busy bar environment, is knowledgeable about different types of drinks and cocktails, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for mixology, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks and serve them to customers in a timely manner.
- Understand the basics of bartending and be able to make drinks quickly and accurately.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be knowledgeable about beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Ensure that all customers are of legal drinking age.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
