Our Office Assistant is responsible for meeting and greeting family members, residents and guests entering the building in a professional and caring manner. Candidate will also need to process mail daily and distribute to the residents according to the listing. Complete any requests from department directors in timely fashion. Answer telephones in a professional manner and other office duties as assigned.
Hours will be 10am-5pm e/o weekend and holiday
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED is a must.
- Previous office experience is preferred.
- Ability to maneuver in a Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
