THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Rockstar Director who gets excited about paid social - plain and simple. This person should have experience in working within various social platforms including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, SnapChat and others. This person should be curious, analytical, collaborative and obsessed with besting oneself.

This person should be a paid social media subject matter expert and have a track record of brainstorming and overseeing implementation of quick, rapid-fire tests to maximize spend and KPIs while keeping efforts low. This person will need to be curious and collaborative and have the desire to work very closely with the greater media team to guide our social practice across all of LNE and implement process and enhancements to drive client business. This person will have a proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationships as a paid social subject matter expert.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Lead paid social strategy for all of LNE (Live Nation Concerts, Ticketmaster, etc,)

  • Manage overall social team across LNE

  • Be the primary leadership voice of our Social practice to senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Oversee plan development and progress

  • Formalize processes across social team for campaign setup, optimizations, etc. and collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on any additional processes needed

  • Regularly package up and market team wins, tests and learnings across the organization

  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to unlock incremental improvements through a test and learn approach

  • Regularly and proactively provide updates on changes in the paid social industry with their clear POV

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 8 years of paid social digital media experience

  • Experience managing a team of at least 9

  • The position requires excellent knowledge of paid social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, SnapChat, TikTok)

  • Background in audience/data activation and collaborating on test and learn strategies, a plus.

  • Ability to work within a team environment, strong written communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Curiosity is highly encouraged

  • Experience with collaborating and coordinating with internal and external teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field

  • Affinity for the sports, music and live entertainment industry

  • COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
