THE TEAM
The Enterprise Support Depot Services team, which is part of the Global Support & Operations organization, provides management and distribution for Ticketmaster owned and managed hardware. This includes asset management, hardware configuration, and client location hardware delivery/recovery. The team mission “Support the Client, Support the Account Teams, Support the Fan” and strives to provide excellent support while realizing improvements in efficiency, ever-changing technology, support needs and professional growth for the staff.
THE JOB
The Depot Services Specialist will focus on managing and executing the day to day operations of Ticketmaster’s Depot locations. This individual must be highly motivated with strong communication and leadership skills, expected to represent the company with confidence in any situation, both in person and via video and tele-conference calls.
The Depot Services Specialist is responsible for fostering a team-oriented environment with the teams and staff they interact with having a focus on productivity, career development, knowledge growth, and efficiency. This position will foster a support driven partnership with Ticketmaster and client stakeholders in the Information Technology, Ticketing, and Business Operations areas of the ever-expanding live entertainment business. This position is key to ensuring the successful execution of events for both clients and patrons to maintain the level of excitement that can only come from attending live events.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Management of Ticketmaster equipment in accordance with the established procedures and practices
Contribute to scheduling, shipping/receiving, and maintenance of Ticketmaster owned permanent and temporary installation hardware at TM Depot locations
Key stakeholder in hardware repair/replacement for permanent install clients supported through the IT Depot repair support model
Management of hardware/software asset tracking for all applicable equipment through approved Ticketmaster software tools and processes
Key stakeholder in equipment and shipping vendor relationships
Administers temporary installation hardware packaging, configuration, testing, and shipping
Works with all Ticketmaster advanced products, technologies, and clients
Manages the flow of record keeping from receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.
Oversees the movement of material from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient and safe manner
Ensures the ability to safely operate material handling equipment

Warehouse and/or IT industry experience required
Strong competence in Microsoft Office products
Strong aptitude for understanding concepts and methodologies, both technical and non-technical
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Apple, and mobile device applications.
Experience with both wired and wireless networking technologies and products preferred
Experience in understanding work plans, reporting status of tasks, determining event specific needs, and the ability to work with various internal and external teams
Ability to travel required
May be required to work nights, weekends, or holidays
Must have a clean driving record with no prior alcohol related charges, be able to provide a current MVR, and must possess dependable transportation
