As a senior analyst, you'll join the product intelligence team to identify areas of product opportunity for Liveramp to invest in. Should we spend $10M per year to improve critical product features? Or perhaps we should deprecate unused features in our product to save us 100K/month? You’ll be working in a highly cross functional role alongside technical, commercial and external stakeholders daily to drive operational & product improvements. Insights and analysis driven by you will help leaders across Liveramp make better trade-offs about improving the customer experience, internal efficiency and overall Liveramp growth!
The perfect candidate will have a passion and deep knowledge of modern business analytics technologies - data structures, MDM, data warehouses, visualization tools and ETL. You’ll be analyzing data and using that analysis to drive key insights and recommendations. As an analyst you will also build reports and metrics, drive ad hoc analysis and communicate insights to key stakeholders. You will not only find issues and propose solutions, but build the reporting systems to ensure continual improvement.

No day is ever the same at LiveRamp, but the responsibilities of your day-to-day job would include the following:
- Define, develop and own execution of key metrics that help the product team understand how they are improving weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Craft easy-to-use Tableau dashboards for all Liverampers to understand and use.
- Communicate insights to both leadership and various teams across Liveramp to help drive strategy for the product
You will be paired with product managers from a specific product area and work closely with the leaders to help elucidate insights into the product for day-to-day feature prioritization or marketing needs.

The Product Intelligence team plays a critical role in helping product managers, the product organization and leadership team understand how customers are using various products. We make sense of the overwhelming amount of data to bring a spotlight on issues for stakeholders to invest in. Our team is uniquely positioned between the technical and commercial side of the business which gives us a strategic vantage point to advise and drive impactful changes for our customers.
About you:
- Have 2 years experience in a business intelligence/analytics/data scientist role
- Proven track record of successful communication of analytical outcomes through written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- SQL & Tableau expert, with experience in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics, and build reports.
- Experience building and maintaining data structures in a corporate environment (i.e. star or snowflake schemas)
- Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)
