What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (Full-Time 2nd shift) position at LiveWell Centers?
Lancaster Nursing and Rehab is a 446 bed long term care facility with a beautiful campus in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. This is a Full time 3pm-11pm position Monday through Friday.
Position Summary: To provide a safe and secure environment for all residents, employees, and other persons utilizing the facilities and grounds. Interacts, directs, provides information for residents, families, and the general public. Performs general clerical duties and routine typing duties.
Job Duties:
- Greets visitors, provides assistance, information and direction
- Answers telephone: provides information, transfers calls to proper departments or individuals
- Contacts designated individuals during emergency situation as directed by Administration or nursing supervisor
- Uses intercome to page individuals, make announcements
- Uses intercom to announce emergency situations, fire/disaster drills and testing of fire alarm system
- Completes any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- 2 years of CSR experience preferred
