ABOUT THE POSITION:
Living Securitys Director of Client Growth is focused on delivering the value of our human risk
management platforms and is a trusted advisor to our clients on how to maximize ROI and
leverage Living Security products to address their specific strategic business goals.
Starting in the pre-sales stage, as Living Securitys Director of Client Growth, you will serve as a
Living Security subject matter expert, working with clients and their Client Success Managers
(CSM) to identify business needs, create strategic plans, and present data-driven
recommendations that map to the clients business priorities and goals, ultimately reducing
human risk across the business through data-driven business strategies. Analyzing information
and evaluating results in order to solve problems and recommend the best path forward is at the
core of your role.
Through the post-sale relationship with clients, you will continue to serve as a strategic business
advisor to the CSM team and their clients, thus supporting focused engagement, client
advocacy, and organizational change while also providing CSM team growth and development.
As Living Securitys client base grows, you will build a team of trusted business advisors to
scale your efforts and manage a small team to support client growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be successful in this role, you have a proven track record of successful client relationship
building and business impact along with:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts with diverse needs, set a vision for growth and
leading them through the entire client growth cycle
Build and maintain appropriate relationships and trust at all levels with your clients,
creating a trusted partner experience
Work with leadership on strategic planning and management that directly impacts client
growth and business goals.
Provide guidance and expert advice to client management and leadership teams, as well
as other stakeholders throughout the organization.
Identify key stakeholders throughout the client organization for budget buy-in, strategic
decision-making, and leadership support, while being able to communicate effectively at
different levels within the organization
Periodically analyze data gathered to recommend solutions or alternative methods of
proceeding through inductive reasoning
Support the analysis of client-specific work problems and procedures, to drive business
impact and ROI within organizational change, communications, information flow, and
integrated product offerings
Conduct virtual and onsite meetings throughout the sales cycle with multiple layers of
the business as a trusted advisor to align client strategies and business objectives with
Living Securitys growth trajectory
Develop and manage Client Growth Managers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational
Development and Leadership, or Business Management, or related.
5 years working in account management, client success/sales, business analysis, or
related role driving business impact and ROI through the delivery of SaaS solutions, at
least 24 months of which have been in a startup environment.
OTHER SPECIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Understanding of cybersecurity awareness, grounded in psychology
Knowledge of enterprise technical solutions and SaaS development
Demonstrated ability to create and facilitate sustainable, profitable growth through client
relationships and strategic value as a trusted business advisor, ideally within a startup
environment
Ability to leverage data analytics to predict growth and increase customer value and
investment
Demonstrated ability to translate technical business challenges and opportunities into
business terms, value propositions, revenue, and existing product value
Passionate about delivering value and helping clients succeed, both individually and as
a collective organization
Demonstrated ability to provide world-class partnership and growth through effective
relationship management and project ownership
Strong management skill set and demonstrated ability to grow and manage a small team
of direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills, at all levels of leadership
