Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for our growing and expanding solution-based construction management firm with the following superpower traits!

Are you an outgoing, intuitive, and highly motivated construction professional who enjoys developing relationships and getting people to accept change or new ideas? Do you take pride in being accurate, thorough, and dutiful with attention to detail and quality? We are looking for A problem-solving proactive individual with a bias for taking action who enjoys challenges, variety, and a multi-sensory team-oriented work environment. Accepting ownership and accountability for your work and pride yourself on the rewards of a high-quality job well done is paramount to this role.

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Construction Management, or similar
- 3 years' experience in project engineering, field supervision, purchasing
- APM Certification is highly encouraged
- Ability to consistently analyze and execute financial trade-offs which frequently involve dealing with incomplete data and ambiguity
- Excellent business judgment as demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and a strong reputation with clients and subcontractors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively act, including making the decision to involve the CEO when necessary
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail evidenced by a strong command of all applicable contract and legal provisions
