In this role, you will be working closely with our Directors of Design to develop innovative design concepts, present elevated design ideas, and deliver high-quality construction documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, prepare, and coordinate; plans, specifications, and construction documents utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, and other architectural drafting tools.
Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance in relation to zoning laws, fire regulations, building code, and other ordinances.
Prepare code compliance evaluations.
Review projects for accessibility standards and ADA compliance.
Participate in various pre-design services such as feasibility studies and site reviews.
Review and discuss project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with development team and clients.
Work directly with clients, development team, and construction team on all phases of the design process, to include but not limited to: master planning, programming, presentations, and construction documentation.
Provide strong technical detailing skills in a variety of construction materials and building types.
Make site visits and field observation reports as required.
Attend and lead project design meetings as needed.
Perform all other duties assigned and those that may be necessary to achieve company and departmental goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Revit; BIM360 is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Suite is a plus
Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy/thoroughness of all work
True desire to complete, lead, and manage projects.
