Description

 

  • Effectively manage and collect on a portfolio of accounts as they progress through the legal stream
  • Inbound and outbound collection calls
  • Effectively utilize multiple skip tracing tools to locate the customer
  • Analyze each customer’s financial situation, overcome obstacles, and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals for monthly BONUSES
  • Adhere to quality standards set by the firm and our client
  • Adhere to compliance standards, applicable laws and regulations that govern third-party collections (i.e. FDCPA)

Skills/Knowledge/Education:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a collections and/or legal environment
  • Demonstrated confidence, initiative and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize, organize daily work and multi-task
  • Work both independently and as a team in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Fundamental financial understanding
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies
