The role : Restaurant Crew Member - North Buffalo
- Greet and interact with customers while providing a five-star experience.
- Prepare and cook food in a fast-casual setting.
- Stock the dining room with condiments, serving utensils, and napkins; refill condiment containers, utensils, and napkins as needed
- Utilize approved food production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
- Properly store foods in designated areas following proper dating, First In First Out (FIFO), and labeling procedures.
- Maintaining food presentation and consistency as dictated in Standard Operating Procedures.
- Preparing, packing, and cooking catering orders.
- Other duties as assigned, including assuming responsibilities of direct reports when necessary
- Inventory counts.
- Checking the quantity and quality of received products, making sure they reflect what was ordered.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
