Primary Responsibilities of a Sales Associate : Shadow top-leading sales executives and work closely with our senior account managers to gain complete clarity of our client’s campaign strategies, KPI’s, products, services, and promotions Outreach and educate consumers on the benefits of our client’s products and services through live presentations to assist our marketing and sales team in achieving daily sales goals Serve as the primary point of contact for all order adjustments, price quotations, purchase orders, and billing inquiries with the customer directly Partake in all in-person meetings and virtual conferences regarding our client’s expansion to retain fresh product knowledge and maintain compliance Work cross-functionally with our fellow account management, marketing, sales, and customer service team to create and implement a more effective, competitive marketing strategy Increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication Sales Associate Skills Preferred : Energetic, personable, and engaging nature that customers, clients, and fellow employees Self-starter with a growth mindset and a strong desire to improve leadership qualities Comfortable operating in fast-paced dynamics and smooth transitions with unprecedented changes Professionalism and adaptability when faced with intensive, critical situations Effectively multi-tasks between ongoing projects and embraces challenges Basic Qualifications We Look For in a Sales Associate : Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business fields preferred or in the process of completion 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, Customer Service, or internship in related fields Flexible Availability Working Weekends #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
