Pisces Healthcare is a fast-paced, growing company looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our PURCHASING TEAM. More than 1 year working experience is preferred along with knowledge of cost control, negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills. Responsible for maintaining optimal stock inventory levels based on growing sales volume.
Other responsibilities include: (1) working with the logistic and customer service teams on a daily basis; (2) providing updated pricing and substitution information to customer service; (3) generating purchase orders, checking the availability of stock, monitoring and expediting orders, and authorizing payment for purchases; (4) working closely with our network of manufacturers and vendors to stay abreast of potential supply disruptions and opportunities to leverage our buying power. This position also requires overseeing an annual inventory.
