Administrative Assistant
Summary
Provide direct support as needed to department Director, Manager and Case Management team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, verbal and written – must be able to professionally
interact with members of the hospital's management team, including senior
leadership - Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently
- Exercise discretion, judgment, initiative, and problem-solving ability
- Work independently
- Proficiently operate various office equipment, including telephone, computer, printer/copier
use, navigate and search electronic medical records, in order to efficiently
complete tasks managed by this position.
Requirements
- Advanced computer skills – Experience with MIDAS and Microsoft Office are a plus, particularly
Excel - Minimum requirement, high school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in related field preferred
- Two years’ experience preferred
- working in a healthcare setting required.
