Data Analyst - Clearance Required with Security Clearance - Now Hiring

Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Data Analyst at our office in Frederick Maryland to support our Defense Health Agency (DHA), Medical Logistics Division client. Responsibilities Reponsibilities may include: * Data analysis and management support to the DHA MEDLOG Division and the DSLs/COTR in the materials standardization process, technology assessment, and program documentation. * The Data Analyst shall possess working knowledge of spreadsheets and relational databases and data models. * Tracking usage and sales from various data sources, calculating estimated and actual savings and providing reports and analysis based on the results. * Working with the Senior Data Analyst in creating tracking and reporting, processes and procedures for standardization. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field is required. * This position requires five (5) years of experience in functional and data collection, data analysis, requirements analysis, and documentation preparation. * Superior communication skills, both oral and written * Ability to work in a fast-paced, solutions oriented environment focused on client deliverables, analysis and reporting * Possess the ability to work in teams and independently. * Ability to pass a US government background investigation; US citizenship required DESIRED SKILLS * Master's degree or higher. * Previous DOD experience. * Working knowledge of the DHA organization * Experience working with tools including object-oriented programming (Python, Java), computational analysis tools (R, MATLAB), and associated data science libraries (scikit-learn). * Experience creating meaningful data visualizations and/or interactive dashboards that communicate your findings and relate them back to how your insights create business impact using platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, RShiny, plotly, and d3.js. * Preferred experience with data science methods related to data architecture, data munging, data and feature engineering, and predictive analytics. #LI-SH1
