Mortgage Loan Originator - Experienced

Loan Wolf Lending is looking to grow! Are you ready to join the pack? Based in south Florida, we're ready to meet and exceed the expectations on what's needed to close loans fast! Average submission to CTC is 17 days. WOW your current partners with your speed!

As a Loan Wolf Originator - you will be responsible for your own production. Once a contract is received, you lock the loan and the file can be pushed right into processing. We have a great team of third party processors to keep you in front of your clients and agents - focused on generating new business.

Your responsibilities include:

• Originate new loans for prospective borrowers
• Interview applicants to assess their loan requirements
• Analyze detailed financial, credit data and documentation.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of lending programs and guidelines, ensuring compliance with all lending policies, rules and regulations
• Providing an unbeatable client experience for EVERYONE attached to each file - Borrower, Realtors, Title Agency, etc.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 year origination experience. Pay will be extremely competitive and uncapped! Have a team? Bring them with you! Incentives for both self and team production as well as recruitment bonuses for growing your team.

Work with a variety of products - no borrower left behind:

• FHA, Conventional, VA,
• Full Line of Non-Qm products including but not limited to DSCR, Bank Statement, 1099 only, WVOE only , 100% Stated income for primary residences, hard money and more!
• TBD Underwrites - Underwrite the full file before sending your client out. Get only property specific conditions BEFORE they're even in contract! Close in 2 weeks!

• CRM, Fully integrated LOS and POS for your borrowers and realtor partners to access and more!

_ MUST LIVE IN FL BUT REMOTE WORK! NO NEED TO COME TO THE OFFICE!_
