Position at loanDepot Position Summary : The Loan Set-Up Redisclosure Specialist is responsible for reviewing incoming loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to support the loanDepot Operations team in addition to preparing updated mortgage disclosures. Responsibilities :
- Initiates loan set-up process to ensure service levels are within defined acceptable levels.
- Conducts appropriate validations and verification of data.
- Provides feedback to operations and sales management on file quality and solutions for process improvement.
- Monitors daily reports for departments to ensure Loan Estimates are prepared and issued to the borrower within department service levels.
- Analyzes the fee changes in order to determine if change can be passed along to the borrower or will need to be absorbed by loanDepot.
- Issues loan disclosures within agency, federal / state and company guidelines and regulations.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the Mortgage industry.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
