We are looking for green, highly motivated, coachable individuals to join our team. Sales experience is not required! Though sales experience would be helpful, our agency has an extensive and thorough training process that will help prepare you and teach you all that you will need to know to truly thrive in your new career. All that is required is the hunger to learn! Through our training program we will coach you through the processes and complexities that is the sales environment. This will help set you up for success in obtaining your Property and Casualty license and ensure that you are more than prepared to take the most monetarily efficient degree you can achieve.

In your first year in this position you can expect to make $40k-$60K a year base commission combined with an uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate high level communication skills including phone calls, text and email
- Demonstrate proficient sales aptitudes and product knowledge
- Provide accurate, prompt and friendly service to customers
- Ability to create relationships from cold start and handle customer rejections
- Desire and ability to create relationships with new and existing customers
- Desire and ability to solicit new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources
- Maintain and grow product knowledge
- Ability to obtain and maintain referrals
Requirements:
- Strong interest in career in sales - experience is a bonus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to obtain property and casualty license
- Having an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great self-starter, with a sense of urgency
- Legally able to work in U.S. (Required!)
