Manager

Shift

• Starting at $20-25 per hour depending on experience
• Full time, available on Saturdays

• Maintain store cleanliness
• Learn and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotating and facing of products
• Participate in merchandising, work on creative displays of products and signs
• Attend brand trainings (some trainings may be before or after hours)
• Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely
• Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and achieve sales targets
• Train, coach, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet performance goals
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to make informed business decisions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2 year or more previous experience in retail management is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software applications
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for store positions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and reporting
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Highly accountable and has integrity
• Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including Saturdays.
