We are seeking a skilled, experienced credit analyst to join our dynamic organization. In this position, you will analyze customer information (orders, payment history, etc…) to evaluate the likelihood with which a borrower will honor their financial obligations.
Position Summary
· Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit. Credit extension limit is $100,000.
· Develop recommendations to management (Controller, Owners) for credit limit approvals.
· Reports directly to the Controller
· Generate sound judgement on customer requests based upon past the most relevant customer information (payment history, previous orders, willingness to communicate with our Company, etc…).
· Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
· Contact customers for delinquent payment and inquiries regarding short-paid invoices.
· Review accounts placed on credit hold and decide the most appropriate course of action.
· Process credit reference checks.
· Maintain current customer information.
· Keep current records of tax exemption status for accounts.
· Respond to customer inquiries on an as needed basis.
· Work with internal employees and sales representatives to resolve customer disputes.
Credit Analyst Requirements and Qualifications
· Strong grammar, communications and telephone skills
· Detail oriented. Including thorough note taking and proof-reading skills
· Above market pay
· Credit and/ or collection experience (willing to train the right person)
· BS degree in business, accounting, statistics, or related field is a plus

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
