Job Summary:

LOCG LLC, is looking to hire a Porter to perform janitorial duties in a in three facilities. This position will work with very little to no supervision utilizing digital communication to ensure satisfactory work progress. The ideal candidate will be able to perform duties to the highest of standards, utilizing best practices, and ensuring safety and security is their top priority, be OSHA certified, pass a background screening, and be a team player.

Responsibility

• Clean and supply (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Ensure toilet paper is well stocked
• Remove trash to the appropriate area.
• Perform and document routine inspections of quality
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• A vehicle with auto insurance
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree
• Morning availability
• Weekend availability

Shift availability:

• Day Shift

Work Location: Three locations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.59 - $19.42 per hour
